Vault Restaurant proudly introduces our Chef Allen Sorrell.
Allen began his career in London at Buckingham Palace under the watchful eye of Royal Chef Mark Flannagan catering to the royals during diplomatic events and even the Queen's birthday.
Before recently immigrating to British Columbia's west coast Allen was a celebrated chef with the Fuller's Group at the 5 Star, 2aa Rosette acclaimed Wykeham Arms in Winchester England.
Allen brings with him an extensive resume with refined cuisine infused with gourmet gastro pub classics and fresh local flavors.
