- Reduced restaurant guest capacity to 50%
- Max group size of 6
- Seating time restrictions (1hr30mins-2hrs)
- New floor plan with 2m between tables
- Dividers installed between tables
- All staff wear masks
- Sanitizer available at entrance
- Increased cleaning and sanitization procedures
- New staff training and sick policy to ensure all staff are healthy
- Redesigned our service procedures and flow to minimize points of contact
- Removed waiting areas and places of congregation
- Added signage to remind guests and staff about distancing and other covid measures
